2. Services and Bookings

Rath On Wheels provides spiritual events, ceremonial services, and community programs (“Services”). When you make a booking or enquiry through this website:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• Bookings are subject to availability
• Confirmation of a booking constitutes a binding agreement
• You will receive a confirmation email with booking details

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Event cancellations by you:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before an event: full refund
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before an event: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before an event: no refund
• No-shows without prior notice: no refund

Event cancellations by Rath On Wheels:

If we cancel or significantly change an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative event.

Service enquiries:

Service enquiries are not binding bookings until confirmed in writing by Rath On Wheels. Terms for individual services will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Donations

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless made in error. Rath On Wheels uses donations in accordance with our stated mission to support seva, community welfare, and spiritual programs. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from donations.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by eWay. By making a payment, you agree to eWay's terms and conditions. Rath On Wheels does not store your payment card details. All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

6. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through any form
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Reproduce or distribute website content without written permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, design, and brand elements, is the property of Rath On Wheels or its licensors. Nothing on this website grants you any licence or right to use our intellectual property without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
